As a business owner, I understand that cash flow management is crucial to running your business. As a lawyer, I understand that you need quick answers to questions about running your business, but those questions always seem to arise at random times. You need a trusted advisor focused on your business, not on billing.

  1. What's included in this deal?

    2. You can call me, email me, or write me as often as you like for $200.00 per month and, in exchange, I will provide legal services to you. The deal does not include legal services for litigation. Legal services for litigation are billed separately.

  2. What if I don't use your services for the month?

    3. Then you only pay $100.00 for the month.

  3. What types of legal services are included?

    4. As your trusted advisor, I will provide legal advice on any topic including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing contracts, forming business organizations and procuring the proper licenses, and obtaining trademarks and copyrights. I'm here to help you and your business succeed.

  4. What's excluded?

    5. Legal services for litigation are excluded from the deal. If you are involved in litigation, I may be able to help, but we will need to agree to a separate fee schedule for litigation services.

    Third party fees and government fees are also excluded.

  5. What about the cost of copies, overnight mail, and legal research?

    6. Included, except when incurred in relation to litigation.

  6. When does litigation begin?

    7. If you need to file a complaint or if you have been served with a complaint, then litigation begins. If you are threatened with litigation, then you can call me and we can discuss it in under the plan.

  7. How do I get billed?

    8. You provide a credit or debit card that gets billed automatically each month. Automatic billing allows you to plan your legal expenses and better manage your cash flow.

  8. Can I really call you as often as I like without getting billed for each call?

    9. Yes.

  9. How long is the commitment?

    10. You sign up for one year of legal service, billed monthly. After the first year, you pay on a month-to-month basis and can stop paying at any time.

  10. What if my company gets sued?

    11. Litigation services are billed separately. We will work together to find a fee schedule that works for you and your business.
